Even though it appears that network marketing online is the most well-known obsession in the world to people within the niche, running MLM's using entirely offline tactics is still the most conventional way to market.
But is it the most productive? Is it the most practical?
I believe it takes a certain charisma to run an MLM purely offline. You have to be the kind of person who can make best friends with the guy next to you in the check out line. You can't be bashful in common situations about bringing up what you do for a living.
However, network marketing online is by far a better business model.
You see, not only can the net distribute your message to tens of thousands of people, but you can target the exact people who are already searching for a home business.
With offline tactics, you need to get to know each person individually and then find out how their job is going, and then if they'd be open to a separate source of cash flow. Using network marketing online, you may check out places in the internet (forums, Facebook groups, even Google searches) that right away identify people as entrepreneurs, or merely searching to create a side income.
So in what way can network marketing online be simple and easy?
If you've assembled a network marketing business in the traditional way before, you know precisely what your perfect prospect looks like. For example, you wouldn't run up to a Wall Street CEO and pitch him on your company because you realize he wouldn't be interested. You aint running around pitching to 15-year-olds, either.
What does your perfect prospect look like? Do they like their job? Have they ever tried starting a company before? Are they already working on the web?
Network marketing online becomes simple when you can pinpoint exactly who your prospect is, where they tend to hang out, plus what kind of bait draws them in.
For example, if somebody Googles "Home based business", and you have an ad that says "Sick of your Boss? Work from home and earn $250,000 this year", you're going to get their attention.
Or, if you're on Facebook and you encounter a group called "Home Business Entrepreneurs", you know you've got an audience of people who aren't searching to stay in their 9-5, right?
Another killer thing concerning network marketing online is being able to entirely automate your selling. For example, without the internet, you might have to be doing live business presentations each week. Then, you might have people who can't come at that time or that day.
But, do an internet presentation and record it, and then your prospects may watch it whenever they want, plus you don't even have to be there!
Sadly, the majority of network marketers jump on the internet without any sort of marketing design and never earn a dime. The vast majority only roam around and look for the latest and choicest opportunity without literally growing their network marketing business.
However, working a marketing system dramatically increases your odds of prosperity.
