4G is at the Center of the Lives of Most Austin and Bellingham Citizens

For people living in Austin, Bellingham and many other cities within the United States, 4G has really become a central part of daily life. What was once seen as just a new advancement in mobile broadband technology - the logical step forward from 3G - has now become something that more and more people embrace and utilize on a day-to-day basis. Whether it revolves around getting that daily news fix or simply organizing a day, citizens all over the nation are using the wireless Internet network and its coexisting devices to live life stress-free.

The Morning Newspaper - That daily routine that millions of Americans have enjoyed for over a century has now transitioned to the online, digital world. A cup of coffee, the chatter of the television news and the ruffling sounds of the newspaper; those were the things that characterized that routine for many Austin and Bellingham citizens. Now, the ladder part of that custom has changed. People have substituted the daily edition for their laptops or mobile broadband devices, such as the iPhone or Blackberry. With that, individuals can scan the headlines of multiple publications and effortlessly get a good idea of the daily occurrences in their city, the nation and the world. Not to mention that with the high-speed connections, reading up on the news takes much less time than before.

The Lunch Break - The lunch break at any office has always been the best part of the day. It is the time to unwind for a little bit, eat some food and take a quick break from that nine to five workday. If workers were lucky, the break room had a television to make the lunch time just that much more entertaining. Well, with portable electronics and high-speed Internet, a television is no longer needed. Now, people can log on to such Web sites as Hulu.com, Megavideo.com or Youtube.com and catch up on whatever type of 30-minute entertainment that they desire. They can watch a missed episode of a favorite sitcom, check out a few movie previews or even find that new viral video that everyone has been talking about.

Organizing the Day - Managing a full-time job is hard enough. But trying to run a family and keep all appointments is another thing all together, something that only the most on-top-of-their-game kind of people can do. Now, however, with 4G networks being utilized in all portable electronics, cell phones and laptop computers, people have digitalized their daily planners and reminders, organizing their day and never missing a beat. Programs like "stickies" have allowed all those little tidbits and random ideas to be recorded with ease, while most calendar programs utilize hourly reminders to make sure that people get to the meeting on time or do not forget their kid's important soccer game. Plus, with GPS and traffic updates easily available on most of these devices, people are finding it easier to avoid traffic and plan out new routes while heading to a particular destination in order to never, ever arrive late.
