Directed by Martin Scorcese, this film wowed viewers at the cinema and featured some amazing 3D graphics that kept people jumping in their seats. Though the DVD and blu ray release won’t include this 3D element you will be able to revel in the captivating storyline, which is set in 1930s Paris. The 12-year-old Hugo Cabret is an orphan and lives secretively in a train station, stealing food to survive and continuing the work his estranged alcoholic uncle set him with - to maintain the station's clocks. He's also working on his dead father's last project - an automaton - but he's missing one final part. The epic adventure to complete the automaton and reveal the hidden message left by his beloved father is one that will certainly pull on your heartstrings.

The civil rights movement is about to emerge, but people in Jackson, Mississippi are stuck in their ways. When young Skeeter Phelan returns from college (being one of the few white women that completed a degree) she wants to write something amazing and, with the help of her friends’ maids Aibileen Clark and Minny Jackson, writes a ground breaking collection of stories told from their point of view.

In Happy Feet 2 the King of Tap now has his own family, but his son Erik isn’t a dancer. Mumble’s attempts to get him interested in tap dancing pushes Erik away though and soon Mumble has to compete with his son’s new role model â€" a flying penguin! Bigger problems start to emerge tho
