Introducing Link2portal

We would like to introduce our business news and information website Link2portal which publishes daily editorials, insight and opinion pieces in collaboration with leading trade association institutes, membership groups, national and local government, corporate clients, both domestically and internationally.
Our portfolio includes titles than cover multiple sectors including:

The website is mapped to Google news, so all the content appears in the latest news listing and can be easily found across the internet, and is also visible in organic news searches, and so will reach unique potential many people that may not have existing relationships with the website.
We are also found across a variety of social media platforms where we regularly interact with our readers. There is also facility to leave comments on the website, to interact with the editorial team.

Chris Evans
Chris Evans, the online editor for Ten Alps, is a journalist, copywriter and web content manager.
Having graduated with a degree in English Literature, he spent five years as a finance journalist for Datamonitor and later Belgium-based Bureau van Dijk Electronic Publishing, where he specialised in reporting breaking news on worldwide mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
As senior editor, he used to manage the editorial team and write a regular monthly column providing expert commentary on the M&A market for Insider Dealmakers Guides.
Chris then spread his creative wings to become a copywriter where he produced engaging speeches, PR, prospectuses, news, features and all manner of online and offline copy for a range of clients - from the University of Manchester and the Northwest Regional Development Agency to Savills and KPMG.
He's an advocate of plain, clear and concise English and campaigns against the jargon and empty phrases that litter the world's screens and publications. As Ten Alps' dedicated online editor, he's committed to continually improving the company's online presence through effective use of language, layout and design.
Chris recently married in sunny Cyprus and currently lives in Gee Cross, Cheshire, with his new wife. He's not to be confused with his more famous, richer namesake.
Nick Bent
Nick Bent, the new editor of Energy and Environmental Management magazine, has a varied professional background in government, public policy and business.
Nick spent two years studying sustainable development theory, environmental economics and energy policy at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and wrote his thesis on how the G8 nations have handled energy and environmental issues.
At the international consultancy Burson-Marsteller, Nick spent over five years working for blue chip British and American companies on environmental issues and corporate ethics. A director in the London office, Nick co-founded the firm's Corporate Social Responsibility Unit and its clients included BP, Unilever, GAP Inc, Thames Water, Kingfisher, 3M and Tesco.
Nick has also spent seven years working in Westminster and Whitehall in a number of roles, including special adviser to a Cabinet Minister and director of the thinktank Policy Network.
Before joining Ten Alps, Nick was a founder and director of TLG, the UK's first specialist consultancy on thought leadership. Nick is an Associate of the think tank Demos, a director of the academies charity Oasis Community Learning and he chairs the governing body at the Oasis Academy MediaCityUK in Salford.
Born in Altrincham, Nick now lives in Great Sankey, Warrington, where he was a parliamentary candidate at the General Election. A third generation Manchester United fan, Nick completed his first half marathon last year and plans to start serious training for the next one at some point soon.
Eric Jackson
Eric Jackson, the new editor of the Global Trader series of publications, is a journalist with vast experience in newspapers, magazines, public relations and university lecturing.
At the Manchester Evening News he held posts as deputy features editor, travel editor and editor of Go arts magazine and Quota business magazine. He was the publisher of the
Manchester City Magazine and one of the paper's TV critics.
He has also worked at Emap, where he was the design editor on Match football magazine, the Liverpool Echo and Reading Evening Post. He's been the sports editor of two newspapers - the Surrey Advertiser and the Macclesfield Advertiser.
In the past three years he's run his own PR company,where he worked exclusively handled the account for a national client.
Born in Manchester, Eric, 53, a married father to two teenage girls, now lives in Stockport, and his interests include watching Manchester City, walking in the Peak District, skiing and real pubs. During his 20s he spent a short time on the books of Sheffield United football club.
